Who we are

Seed Support has are a specialist supported living provider with invaluable experience in housing with support services, using a person centre and Trauma informed practices. Our knowledgeable staff team have a wealth of experience in providing a tailored support package co-produced with you and key people within your life. We have extensive experience of supporting people on the autism spectrum and additional needs such as:

Mental Health
Learning Disabilities
Forensic Care
Communication difficulties
Sensory issues
Challenging behaviours
18-25 support
Care Leavers

We are able to offer support to:

Adults 18+ and families, Who have been homeless or are at risk of homelessness and one or more of the following:

complex support needs
Alcohol or Drug related issues
Ex Offenders, involved in the Criminal Justice System
Care leavers
Survivors of Domestic Abuse
Street Homelessness
Physical or mental health Issues
Recently released from Hospital or Rehabilitation Facilities
and various other issues

Training Education and Employment

As part of our service we actively encourage and support our service user to enrol in some form of training education or employment as it help to give them a routine and enable them to gain valuable skills, such as:

Key Skill in Maths and English
Time keeping and organisation
Interpersonal communication
Accountability
Functional Skills
Vocational Skills

We have partnerships with educational providers offering courses in GCSE English and Maths, Hair and Beauty , Motor Mechanics, Engineering, Electrical installation and Building Skills.
